Rick there are some extra chapters and appendices for
the second edition which I'd be glad to help you
with...

Appendix D: Simple surgery - How to sew your finger
tip back on when the carving tool slip.

Appendix E: Poison Ivy - Limes Disease - Ticks,
Scratches, Burns and Bites ; Letterboxing in the wild
(or outside CT).

Under "Rules" surely you also need ...

How to spot a geocacher and the "rules of engagement"

How to deal with a box saboteur (Only legal in some
states!)

How to deal with a journalist - with handy hints for
preparing fish for the table.

Additional sections might include

Cheeseracing is it strictly Letterboxing?

10 additional ways to make a newbie feel unwelcome -
Advanced Techniques.

What is a Hitch-Hiker - and why shouldn't you take it
home anyway!

Re-siting a letterbox and other fun ways to improve
the hobby.

and the most useful

Flaming on Letterboxing sites - 10 great topics that
will get results !

We can ask Al Franken to write some guest chapters:

"Fair and Bouxious? - Elistist Elites and the Elitisms they Spew"

"Elite Wannabees - More Bark than Bite?"

"Asbestos Underware - Necessary for Posting on the Main List?"

Tongue in Cheek,

LB

Hi,

Another addition to "Rules" should be: The Definition of "Easy to
Find" in Letterboxing Clues.

Cheerfully,
Aisling, who has--more than once--spent more than an hour searching
for an "easy" box that was within ten feet of where she started
looking, and had to return a second day to finally find it
